The South African Department of Social Development, in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund, is set to host the second Africa Children's Summit from April 4 to 7 in Johannesburg.

This child-led conference will convene 1 300 children from across the continent-300 attending in person and 1000 virtually-to deliberate on critical issues affecting their well-being and to advocate for their rights. The summit's theme, "Seen, Heard, Engaged," underscores the commitment to ensuring children's active participation in shaping policies that impact their lives.
