United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, says the past years have been marked by growing number of armed conflicts and diminishing respect for international human rights and humanitarian law. Türk says there are now 60 wars involving at least one state, which he says is the highest number since the end of the Second World War.
