The emergency Summit where twenty- member states are set to announce coordinated concrete actions for enforcing international law against Israel, concluded in Colombia recently. The meeting has been organised by the Hague group - a bloc of states including South Africa, Cuba and Malaysia, founded earlier this year in the Netherlands. The member states are united by a goal of promoting boycott and sanctions against Israel as it has singled out Israel for benefiting from an "exceptionalism" in the application of international law.
