The event convenes over 60 representatives from armed forces across more than 40 countries - and aims to leverage battlefield experiences to formulate international guidelines designed to minimize the number of military personnel who are unaccounted for or unidentified.

The South African Chamber of Commerce (SACC) president Ntho Xulu says although Africa may still be struggling with poor infrastructure, there are many opportunities that can be capitalised on to grow its economies.

Xulu was speaking on the sidelines of the Seamless Africa Conference underway in Johannesburg, South Africa.

This unique global event brand brings together the converging worlds of the banking financial services industry and the retail and e-commerce ecosystem. Xulu says that as the Chamber of Commerce they want to be closer to the conversations that brings people closer to services.

Dr Khoza has been hailed as a distinguished thought leader.

He is launching a book he co-edited titled: The South African Handbook of Agency, Freedom and Justice, Citizens in Conversation with the late Professor Muxe Nkondo and Dr Ruel Khoza.
