Reports coming out of Zimbabwe say the cabinet has met and talked about changing the constitution so that President Emerson Mnangagwa can stay President until 2030, thereby stopping the election elections in 2028.
Zimbabwe's constitution limits the presidential office to two five year terms, and Mnangagwa's second and final term as president expires in 2028.
