Amnesty International has accused Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of committing widespread sexual violence during the country's two-year civil war.
In a new report titled "They raped all of us", the group details brutal acts including rape, gang-rape, and sexual slavery-crimes that may amount to war crimes or crimes against humanity. The report documents 36 cases of rape involving girls as young as 15, across four states between April 2023 and October 2024.
To speak to us about this, is Tigere Chagutah, Amnesty International's Regional Director for East and Southern Africa.
