South Africa's Minister of Justice Thembi Simelane, says there's an urgent need to review the 1977 Criminal Procedure Act.

Simelane was speaking at  South Africa's Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union Popcru's Central Executive Committee meeting taking place in  Boksburg, east of Johannesburg.
