South Africa's Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana, has raised concerns about the impending solvency challenges facing some developing countries as the G20 works to address global debt issues.
Godongwana made these remarks at the opening of a meeting within the G20 finance track, where finance officials from member states gathered in Sandton.
The discussions this week mark the beginning of South Africa's 2025 G20 presidency, which officially commenced earlier in December.
