South African business leaders say global trade conditions have become increasingly uncertain, with the on going war escalating tensions in the Middle East having spillover effects on the rand and oil market. They were speaking on the sidelines of the Sixth South Africa Investment Conference held at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg .Oil prices have surged more than 55% since the US and Israel attacked Iran on February 28.
