As gender-based violence (GBV) continues to rise across the SADC region, a South Arican-based theatre group is using performance to raise awareness. The Wushwini Pan African Centre for Arts, Culture and Heritage from Kwazulu Natal Province - took its powerful One Man Show to Francistown, Botswana's second-largest city, on Friday night.

 Founded in 2011 by arts mentor Jerry Pooe, the organisation has launched a regional tour of the play, performed by Tefo Paya, with plans to take its anti-GBV message across the continent.
