We continue with our Daily Discourse, and now we turn our attention to Rwanda, which also marked the 64th anniversary of its independence on Wednesday. Like Burundi, Rwanda has followed its own distinct political path since 1962. This morning, we look at its journey, its role in the Great Lakes region, and the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
