She is the SABC's International News Editor- and she has recently announced that she is retiring from the newsroom

The testimony by private investigator Paul O'Sullivan is part of a wider investigation by South Africa's Parliament into allegations that elements within the country's police and justice system may have been compromised by corruption or organised crime.

The inquiry has heard dramatic testimony from investigators, police officials and former associates, raising questions about the integrity of some law-enforcement structures in Africa's most industrialised economy.

SA's Parliament Probes Claims of Corruption in Police and Justice System

In a few weeks Channel Africa will be launching a new and exciting project called Africa Matters. One of the aims of the project is to tell African stories from an African perspective by highligting some of the continent's successes and challenges. This year's focus is on climate change and how can Africa finance itself in the mitigation of the effects of climate change.

 As we countdown to the main event we are joined by Channel Africa Business Manager Dicksy Ngqula who will share more on this project in terms of its objectives and anticipated outcomes.
