The 31st Investing in African Mining Indaba taking place in Cape Town in South Africa has for the first time, recognised and acknowledged one of the African mining sector's most important stakeholder groups which are mining communities, civil society, and indigenous people.

This landmark recognition introduced dedicated sessions across various agendas which saw discussions on critical issues related to their roles in mining, with the ultimate goal of building a transformed, inclusive, and sustainable industry together.

 To discuss this further is Sonwabo Modimoeng Social Entrepreneur and CEO of Faded Black Innovation.
