Zambia's Head of Investment in Mining and Energy, Mulumba Lwatula, has emphasized that investing in Africa's infrastructure is key to driving the continent's success in manufacturing finished products.
Lwatula spoke as part of a panel on Market Access, Trade Facilitation, and Export Promotion during the final day of the Manufacturing Indaba in Johannesburg, South Africa.
