Médecins Sans Frontières says efforts to secure lenacapavir for use in its programmes have been blocked, despite the medicine being hailed as a game-changer in the fight against HIV. The organisation argues that limited supply and restrictive licensing are keeping life-saving treatment out of reach for some of the world's most vulnerable communities.
