Former South African (SA) Minister of Social Development, Lindiwe Zulu, who is part of the observer mission in Malawi's September 16th general elections with the African Centre for Governance, says the vote has so far been peaceful and well-managed.
Speaking in Lilongwe, Zulu highlighted the hopes of ordinary Malawians, many of whom are calling for leadership that prioritises basic needs such as health, education, and improved living conditions. Zulu stressed that Africans deserve credible, transparent elections that put people's needs first.
