Across Africa, countries are rethinking how immigration policy can drive growth and attract critical skills. In South Africa, that conversation takes centre stage this week as the Forum for Immigration Practitioners of South Africa or FIPSA hosting its 2025 Immigration Indaba in teh eastern coast city of Durban.
The gathering brings together officials, business leaders and migration experts to discuss smarter visa systems, digital reforms, and how to make Africa more competitive in the global talent market.
Joining Peter Ndoro to explain what's on the agenda is Gershon Mosiane, Chairman of FIPSA.
