Sudan’s War and Political Future: Tracing the Crisis from Revolution to Conflict

South Africa has formally taken over the chairpersonship of the Southern African Development Community, SADC, at the regional bloc's 46th summit in Durban. Accepting the role, President Cyril Ramaphosa said South Africa was taking on the responsibility with humility and a strong sense of duty. He said the country remained grateful to its neighbours, whose support and solidarity contributed to South Africa's struggle for liberation from apartheid.
The summit is focusing on ways to promote sustainable and inclusive industrialisation through infrastructure development, agriculture and the processing of critical minerals.  Channel Africa's Michael Mbewe reports...
