The prime minister of Eswatini Russell Dlamini says the time for believing that best solutions to the plethora of problems that Africa faces should come from abroad is over.
He was speaking at the 3rd Ordinary Session of the 6th Parliament of the Pan African Parliament in Midrand, north of Johannesburg.
He highlighted some challenges which Africa had to overcome such as the effects of global warming, climate change and the persistence of old or new conflicts.
