DRC and MONUSCO, what next?

This morning on the BIG QUESTION, we ask: Should the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) withdraw the United Nations' peacekeeping mission in the DRC (MUNOSCO)?

And what would this mean for the country? Violence erupted again in the eastern DRC with locals protesting against MUNOSCO.

In the recent demonstrations, that began last week, 36 people, including four UN peacekeepers, were killed and thousands injured.

On Monday government in the DRC issued a statement that it will re-evaluate the withdrawal plan of the UN peacekeeping mission.
