The Congress of South African Trade Unions, COSATU's 15th National Congress is underway in Johannesburg with thousands of workers and union delegates gathering to assess the state of South Africa's economy, the labour market and the federation's political direction. Delegates are debating the political, organisational and socio economic challenges facing workers, while also adopting resolutions that could shape COSATU's engagement with government and its alliance partners.
