The Global Education Evidence Advisory Panel (GEEAP) latest endorsed report titled, "Effective Reading Instructions in Low-and Middle-Income Countries: What the Evidence Shows", says countries with higher literacy rates, experience stronger economic growth, reduced inequality, and improved public health outcomes.
