Artificial intelligence is being used to help strengthen Tanzania's tourism industry by giving businesses and policymakers faster access to visitor insights. Developed by the UN Development Programme in partnership with the Tanzanian government, the Jozani AI platform is designed to improve decision-making and support economic growth on the Zanzibar archipelago. UNDP Deputy Resident Representative in Tanzania, John Rutere, spoke to UN News' Isaiah Steinberg about how the initiative is making a difference.
