On The Discourse this morning, we turn our attention to China and its relations with the African continent. This as a two-week African Mainstream Media Workshop recently concluded in Beijing, after bringing together journalists and media practitioners from seven African countries to promote stronger media collaboration and deepen exchanges between Africa and China. Organised by the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the workshop provided a platform for participants to share experiences, strengthen partnerships among mainstream media organisations, and explore issues of mutual interest.
