At least 12 people have been killed and nine others injured in a shooting at an informal settlement in Cleveland, east of Johannesburg in South Africa. Police say more than 10 suspects opened fire at the Jumpers settlement on Tuesday evening before fleeing the scene in a white Toyota Quantum. Authorities have launched a manhunt, while the motive for the attack remains unclear.
