Zambia has established an Economic and Financial Crimes Fast Track Court.
The court is meant to deal with suspected corruption and white-collar financial crimes and dispose them speedily in view of recovering plundered resources.
The Statutory Instrument that establishes the Fast Track Court is a new phenomenon in the history of the country brought in by a now four months old President, Hakainde Hichilema, who has pledged to fight graft.
