I engaged in a conversation, on Program for Infrastructure development in Africa Priority Plan 2, with, firstly Dr Towela Nyirenda-Jere, Head of Economic Integration at AUDA-NEPAD, secondly, Mr Alex Simalabwi, Executive Secretary of GWP Africa Co-ordination Unit, thirdly, Paul Orengoh, Director of Programs at the African Ministers’ Council on Water, a specialized institution of the African Union mandated to advance continental water and sanitation sector development within the framework of the Africa Water Vision, and lastly, Dr.Sakah Bernard Nsaidzedze is a Cameroonian with a PhD in Governance and Regional Integration from the Pan African University created and funded by the African Union commission.
