A new study by pan-African survey research agency, Afrobarometer, has found that while nearly three-quarters of Africans believe in the power of the ballot box, a majority simply do not trust the people in charge of their country's electoral authority. The report surveyed over 50,000 subjects in 38 countries, and only 38% of those surveyed expressed trust in their institutions to deliver a free and fair election outcome.For a look at what this about the continents elections, Tsepiso Makwetla spoke to co-author of the report and Afrobarometer National Investigator for Lesotho, Libuseng Malephane (pronounced Dibuseng)
