South Africa's International Relations Minister, Ronald Lamola says Pretoria is aware of two South Africans who were recruited and killed while serving in the Russian army in occupied Ukraine. Lamola says some South Africans, apart from the 17 already identified, remain in occupied Ukraine, where Russia is continuing its full scale invasion of the neighbouring country. Lamola was speaking in KwaZulu Natal province after visiting the families of some of the South Africans who have returned from Russia.
