Retired Judge of the Apex Court in South Africa, constitutional court, also an internationally recognized HIV/AIDS and Gay Rights Activist Judge Edwin Cameron, says the fact that he has been living with HIV for almost 41 years should carry a message of hope to millions of Africans who are living with the virus. Cameron adds that however there is still stigma attached to HIV because the virus is still mainly acquired through sexual intercourse. He revealed this in an exclusive interview with Channel Africa.
