South African (SA) based independent public policy think tank, the New South Institute (NSI), has been at the forefront of driving reforms in government aimed at improving public service delivery and enhancing the quality of life for all South Africans.
One such initiative is the Public Service Amendment Bill, which was passed by Parliament last year and is currently before the National Council of Provinces.
