Doctors Without Borders, also known as MSF,  has released the findings of an internal review into the 2021 killings of three of its staff in Ethiopia's Tigray region.

The report concludes that the attack was deliberate and raises serious concerns about the lack of accountability.

This emerged at the Council of Ministers of SADC in Pretoria, convened to deliberate on the implementation of regional integration programmes.
