For the first time in its 60-year history, the iconic Montreux Jazz Festival is making its African debut right here in the Cape Winelands. From the 27th to 29th of March, the Huguenot Memorial Monument, in South Africa's Western Cape province, will transform into a world-class stage for the inaugural Montreux Jazz Festival Franschhoek. Described as a cultural bridge between Lake Geneva and the Berg River, the festival aims to bring Africa to the world.
