We speak to Eugéne Barnard, known affectionately to his friends and family as Boysie. Growing up in Indwe during the 1960s, Eugéne went on to have a distinguished four-decade career as an architect, arbitrator, and mediator. He has spent years meticulously researching the roots of his hometown, a journey that has culminated in his two-volume work, The Indweans, comprising his books, The Tale of Tom and Alice and Heart of my Hometown.
