As world leaders prepare for a high-level UN conference on Palestine later this month, Human Rights Watch is calling for concrete, time-bound actions to end what it calls decades of impunity for Israeli abuses. The organisation says this must go beyond statements about a two-state solution - urging sanctions, arms embargoes, and enforcement of international law, including support for the International Criminal Court.
