As we mark World Humanitarian Day, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has shone a light on the deepening health crisis for women and children in Somalia due to lack of funding and severely limited access to care. The organisation estimates that over 700,000 internally displaced persons who are currently hosted in Baidoa, the capital of the Bay region, will bear the brunt of the crisis.
