The African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), has identified critical early warning indicators that, if left unaddressed, can escalate into conflict. These include political instability, economic vulnerabilities, governance deficits and environmental risks.
This is according to Germain Tshinu, who presented APRM countries and governance reports at the Fifth Ordinary Sitting of the Sixth Parliament of the Pan-African Parliament in Johannesburg, South Africa.
