Have you ever been so scared to start something new that you talked yourself out of it before you even tried? Have you ever felt so full of feelings that you didn't know what to do with all of them...like a soda bottle someone shook up and handed to you and said, "Here you go, good luck?" Have you ever quit something hard and then spent a long time wishing you had just stuck with it a little longer? This episode is for you. And if you have ever wanted to squeeze a little more juice out of life...get a little more out of every single day...this one is definitely for you. Actually you know what? This episode is for everyone. Yes, that means you too, parents. Pull up a chair.

Molly is ten years old, and she is navigating two houses, two very different parents, a whole lot of feelings she does not know what to do with, and the sneaking suspicion that she is a little more explosive than the average kid. She has tried everything. Holding it in. Letting it out. Neither one is working. Then one afternoon on the bus ride home, she notices a gym she has passed a hundred times without really seeing it. And what happens when she finally walks through that door...well. She did not see that coming. Nobody warned her that the thing she was looking for had been right there the whole time.

Molly Muay Thai is a story about big feelings, brave beginnings, and the surprising discovery that sometimes the best way to find your calm is to kick something really, really hard. For dreamers, feelers, starters, quitters who want to try again, and anyone who has ever stood outside a door they were not sure they were ready to walk through. Ages 3 to 103.
