Citizens Against Wind Turbines in Lake Erie have been fighting a battle for years against placing wind turbines in the waters of Lake Erie. An incident involving an off-shore turbine in Nantucket has caught their attention and a rally will be held this afternoon. State Sen. Pat Gallivan will be there.
