A Statement from Olivia:

"This song was written 9 years ago at a time of uncertainty in my life where I felt really tested to feel clear and trusting in myself. It started off being an honest expression of feelings I felt I didn’t know how to say in a conversation to someone close to me so I started singing it. But it transpired to actually be more of a dialogue with myself. A part of me is honestly expressing my struggle and another part responds with an invitation to trust myself and a reminder that an inner resource lies within. 

If anyone is tending to doubt themselves in the face of wishing to advance and grow forwards in their life, I relate and I also have come to recognise that doubt is a bit like the resistance of the wind - which at first can seem like a counter-force but in fact is essential for lift-off as with a plane when it ascends"
