A fifty dollar painting purchased at a New York barn sale is set to auction for up to $200,000 after being recognized as a 1912 work by Canadian artist Emily Carr. Art dealer Allen Treibitz bought the piece, titled ‘Masset QCI’, which features a totem pole with a grizzly bear.

The 2nd Annual Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge is launching today and lasts the entire month!
Local chefs will be competing for your votes with creative and delicious plant-based menu options. Diners can participate by going to businesses and trying new vegan options.
