A couple has gone viral after taking their legal battle online with a Villa they booked. The villa charged them $280 (R5,000+) for “breaking” the existing shower head after they unscrewed it to temporarily use their own filtered shower head. Instead of screwing it back on and charging a smaller fee the Villa is treating the case as a plumbing repair with a high cost. The couple is planning on contacting a lawyer. Is the Villa in the right to do this or they’re abusing the contract?

Is keeping a child in class during school break a good punishment?
