Grant has a bit of a dilemma involving his 33-year-old sister. She really wants to find love, settle down and have children, but Grant believes there’s something holding her back, her weight.

He reckons that if she became more active and lost a few kilos, she could be a “10 out of 10”. But this is his sister, and he doesn’t want to hurt her feelings or make her feel bad about herself.

So how do you tell someone you love that you think their appearance might be affecting their chances of finding love? Is it ever your place to give someone advice about their weight when they haven’t asked for it, or should you keep your opinion to yourself?
