The Onondaga County Public Libraries has just launched a very cool passport program that features stickers and collectable trading cards in an effort to get kids excited about libraries and reading as we head into a new school year. We just finished our thirteen day run of the Great New York State Fair and you know what has been a staple at State Fairs for 100 years? Normant’s Taffy!  Rick Normant is the third generation running the stand and he gives us the history. They’ll be back again next year at the Great New York State Fair!
