The ground breaking for Syracuse’s first all minority led commercial development project, called Salina 1st, happened earlier this month. Salina 1st is located on South Salina Street, right along the South Salina corridor of the Syracuse Surge, an area that the City of Syracuse is targeting for investment opportunities for disenfranchised businesses.
