Anne Nowak, from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention joins the show to discuss their mission as a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death. AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have  experienced a loss.

MassiveLAN is Western New York's Largest BYOC (Bring your own Computer/Console) LAN Party Event. Attendees and streamers come from far and wide to hang out and enjoy video games, board games, classic arcade games, and other fun mini-game activities, through a weekend long event filled with tournaments, casual play, and more! Players of all ages are welcome to attend, and MassiveLAN provides both a competitive, and casual atmosphere for all.
