Two men, Gerard Andrews, 29, and Daniel Stephens, 24, have been charged with the kidnapping and murder of Sydney grandfather Chris Banks Zarian, who was taken from his home. Both men, who come from middle-class backgrounds in Sydney's northwest and have no prior criminal history, were arrested at their parents' homes and are set to face Blacktown Court. Police believe the pair are not the masterminds behind the crime, which involved a $50 million ransom demand.
