The collision injured three people, including Kyle Weitacher, his partner Juanita Balis-Walsh, and a 48-year-old scooter rider, while two young male offenders fled the scene on foot. The victims have expressed frustration with police response, claiming they were tested for drugs and alcohol but officers did not take statements about the offenders.
