A 31-year-old man has been charged with engaging in a terrorist act after allegedly throwing a homemade bomb into an Invasion Day protest crowd in Perth. The charge marks the first time in Western Australia's history that someone has been charged with this specific offence. WA Police Commissioner Col Blanch confirmed the attempted bombing has been officially declared a terrorist attack.
