Security could be beefed up at places of public worship across New South Wales in the wake of anti-semitic attacks. The State Government is urgently introducing changes to planning laws as fear spreads through religious communities.

The amendment designed to allow more than three nine hundred churches, one hundred and sixty seven mosques and twenty five synagogues to begin upgrading security without waiting months for a green light.
People just want to feel safe. These gutless cowards need to be addressed very seriously.
Under these new changes, synagogues, mosques and churches can now install bollards, new fences and other structures to bolster their security and they won't need to get approval from the new South Wales government. The former mayor of Cumberland Shire saying these changes don't go far enough.
They need to make tougher laws around religious attacks. We have the second most diverse community in New South Wales.
If one tragedy becuz it's one too much.
